There are a lot of resources when it comes to soap making and where to buy soap supplies, unfortunately, most of them are directed towards American Citizens and highlight American Stores. Unfortunately, when you live in another country and are just starting out, these companies aren't an option with such a high shipping cost. 

 

Candora Soap and Soaping Supplies is based in Canada and it does have a high shipping cost also (around $20), however, if you live close to their shop (London, Ontario) you can pick up your order for free.
