1) Take a screen shot of your shopping cart and email it to us. We will discuss your order with you and ensure you know exactly what you are getting and what the final price will be. We will also set up a payment plan with you.

2) You can contact us about one or more of our products and we can discuss any questions comments or concerns you have and assist you in placing an order you will love.

Shipping is the responsibility of each individual artist. Creative Arts only takes responsibility for the Arts and Craft kits made by this site. 

 

Items are/can be hand made and this means they are made to order and take time to create, not all items can be shipped out immediately. 

 

Please consider how much shipping time an item will take when ordering. 

 

If you have any questions or concerns make them known as soon as possible. We do not offer refunds easily or at all unless it is the fault of the artist, company, or other mistakes on our end.
