Twitch

Twitch.tv is a live-streaming service dedicated to gamers and the creative arts. Like YouTube, anybody can broadcast themselves for free. It is free to watch with ads, but paid subscribers and Amazon Prime members receive an ad free viewing experience.

There is a wide variety of streams from smaller community based streams where the streamer interacts with their viewers via chat and much larger channels where the focus is on the streamer There is an endless supply of games and creative streams to choose from and a variety of streamers from family friendly to mature. Choose your preferences and enjoy your viewing experience.

While most streamers broadcast themselves on Twitch as a hobby, some are lucky enough to earn a living wage on Twitch. Most streamers earn income from tips and paid subscribers who choose to support the streamers they enjoy. While a viewer should NEVER feel any obligation to tip or subscribe, it is always appreciated. Larger, partnered, streamers also earn ad revenue though Amazon and paid sponsorships.
