1 1 1 Peanut Butter Cookies

It is Christmas Eve already! It seems like the time just flew past! But if you still have some last-minute backing to do think of these super easy Peanut Butter Cookies. I will be the first to admit that I saw these cookies EVERYWHERE last year. They blew up because of how simple they are.

All you need is:

1 cup of Peanut Butter

1 cup of Sugar

1 Egg

Mix all the ingredients together until they are smooth. Spoon the mixture onto a greased baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes.
