Sunday Cooking - Herb and Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Herb and Garlic Mashed Potatoes are quickly turning into our favourite potatoes! They are simple to make and they are packed full of flavour! If you love mashed potatoes you're going to love this!
What you'll need:
Potatoes (we used about 6-8)
1/4 cup of Butter
1/2 cup of Cream
1 container (227g) of Herb and Garlic Cream Cheese
Optional Additions:
Parmesan Cheese
Step one:
Peel and slice potatoes into eighths. Place in a pot of boiling, salted water, until fork tender. Drain away water.
Place the potatoes into a special bowl (either stand mixer friendly or hand mixer friendly). Slowly blend the potatoes, adding the cream and butter as you go (you may need more cream, depending on how creamy you like your mashed potatoes). Blend in the whole container of cream cheese; add salt and pepper to taste (optional).
