Cheesey Chicken Casserole

Today we are going to make the ultimate Left Over Make Over! You can of course use raw ingredients for this also.

Casseroles as often thought of as comfort food because they have the creamy thing going for them and lets face it they are easy to make, easy to clean and taste delicious!

What you'll need:

1 cup of cooked Rice

2 hand fulls of cooked Chicken (shredded)

1 can of Soup (any cream soup will do - mushroom, broccoli, or chicken)

1 cup of Cheese (shredded - or more to top)

1 cup of Water

2 Tbsp of Bovril (or chicken bullion)

Any cooked vegetables (recommended: broccoli)

(Feel free to add more of the ingredients for more people)

Step one:

Throw all of the ingredients into a glass dish (oven safe), except the cheese. Mix ingredients together as best you can. Bake in the oven for thirty minutes at 375 degrees (uncovered). You will want to make sure most of the water has evaporated. Once it has, top with cheese and set the oven to broil for 5-10 minutes (until cheese is golden brown).
