Month Long Special - Grilling Theme Week 2

Sticking with the grilled theme this month today we are taking on Grilled Chicken! It is not hard to do, but sometimes it can be hard to get right. Beer can chicken is a great dish to make on the grill if you have the room! But if you don't (and even if you do) today we are sharing a Grilled Chicken Rub to help step up that basic chicken!

This is a 3-3-2-2-1-1 type recipe. We recommend using it on chicken with the skin on but that is completely a personal preference. You can use this on a whole chicken or chicken pieces and they work great on wings!

3 TSP of Salt

3 TSP of Italian Herbs

2 TSP of Garlic Powder

2 TSP of Paprika

1 TSP Ground Mustard

1 TSP Brown Sugar (optional - we only remove it if removing the Cayenne Pepper)

1/2 TSP Onion Powder

1/2 TSP Cayenne Pepper (optional - adds a kick)

**Always Salt and Pepper your chicken first
