Basic Theme Challenge #9

With the weather starting to turn slightly cooler, fall is definitely here. And so this theme seems appropriate. This month or Basic Theme Challenge involves Pork. For some reason when we think of Pork, we think of fall days, and a nice roasted meal with root vegetables and some sort of mash.

So this challenge is simple, make a dish where Pork is the star. Today we have given you a Seasoning Salt recipe to help inspire your creation.

Seasoning Salt

1/4 cup of Salt

2 tsp of Smoked Paprika

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp Onion Powder

1 tsp Ground Mustard

1/2 tsp Black Pepper

This seasoning blend goes well with honey if you want to glaze your pork!
