Basic Theme Challenge #6

This month's Basic Theme Challenge is to shop locally. With the nice weather coming there are a lot of farmer's markets and farmers are producing fruits and vegetables from their crops. It is a great time to explore locally and see what you can find in your own backyard.

Today's challenge is simply to create a dish using all local ingredients. You can put a distance limit from your home, or you can simply say as long as you buy it from someone local ( a fruit and vegetable stand, a farmer's market, etc), then you can consider that local. To make this challenge even harder trying creating a three-course meal (soup or salad, entree, and dessert) using only the guidelines you choose for what is local to you.
