Cook with Your Eyes - Red

This week the challenge is red. Again, I think this one can be very simple or very hard depending on how you want to challenge yourself. A great example of something simple would be a pasta sauce, all those tomatoes with a Red Bell Pepper, and a Red Onion or Shallots would be perfect. Also most white things (like garlic) would take on the red flavour and stick with the theme. You can also get different colours of pasta now and it wouldn't be hard to find that to replace spaghetti. Another great idea and super simple would be a fruit salad, you could simply use raspberries, strawberries, watermelon, apples, things like that and call it a dish.
