Cooking with your Eyes - Black

This week we are tackling what I think is a very hard challenge. Making a meal with only black ingredients. This I think will be challenging only because it is something we aren't used to. However lately, there have been a lot of things that have come out in the food world that have squid ink in them or activated charcoal in them which give a nice dark colour. So this one will be more about exploring and seeing what is available in your area and what you are willing to try!
