Cooking with Your Eyes - White
Since we finished the rainbow last week, this week we are going the extreme opposite. A meal with No colour at all! This is probably pretty easy, a lot of vegetables don't have colour like white asparagus, most potatoes, onions, cauliflower, parsnips, etc. You could do something really simple like a cream soup (potato, chicken, or cauliflower), or something a little more in-depth like Chicken Fettachini. I think that this would really be a nice challenge and one that wouldn't be too hard to accomplish.
