Cooking with Your Eyes - Yellow
Today we are sticking to the theme we started last month. And we are showcasing yellow this month! Personally, I find yellow a little tricky and a little easy. A lot of fruits and vegetables you wouldn't think to be yellow are. For example, an avocado is green, but the inside is often a yellow-green mix. I also think it can be an easy colour because a lot of vegetables are available in a yellow variety like tomatoes, bell peppers, etc.
