Review Wednesday - HelloFresh Week 41

This week we are looking at three more recipes! Again because these are our last few weeks of talking about ones that we really enjoyed or that really caught our attention for one reason or the other. So this week we have Za'atar Chicken Bulgur Bowl, Pork Salisbury Steak and Mash, and Cal Smart Porchetta Spiced Chops.

We are going to start with the Za'atar Chicken Bulgar Bowl with Baby Spinach and Chopped Olives. This one was very good. I have had Bulgar before and loved it. In my opinion, it is an alternative to rice, and I find it goes really well in salads. I enjoy adding it to salads that help make it hardier. This is always a great go-to and I think if you can find Bulgur around you then you can easily make this one at home.

Next, Pork Salisbury Steak and Mash with Mushroom Gravy and Green Salad. I have no idea why this came with a Salad, I would never pair a salad with Salisbury steak, but I did have it on the side. It was delicious that is for sure, but again it felt like it didn't really go with the rest of the meal. This one again can easily be made at home. The only thing that made this special really was that it used Pork instead of Beef.

And finally, the Cal Smart Porchetta Spiced Chips with Roasted Vegetables and Pan Sauce. This one was pretty good. The only problem I had was the Broccoli. I have said a few times that I don't like roasting broccoli in the oven because it always burns and it charred up pretty good this time too. That's the only thing I would change really.
