Spicy Mexican Chili
Today we are sharing one of our newest recipes. This chili takes much more effort and time than our Easy Peasy Chili but if you have a crockpot it is super easy to make and well worth the wait.
Start by pan-frying your meat and vegetables just like the last recipe. This time we are using 2 -3 Cloves of Garlic, 1 Medium Onion, 1 Habanero Pepper, 1 Pound of Ground Beef. Once the beef is cooked and the vegetables are slightly soft add to crockpot.
To the crockpot you want to add 1 Drained Can of Kidney Beans, 1 Drained Can of Corn (or three cobs), 1 Can of Flame Roasted Tomatoes (Spicy), 1 Small Can of Green Chilis (Drained of most of the juices - or not if you prefer spicier) 1-2 Tbsps of Cajun Seasoning (or half Chili Powder, half Red Pepper Flakes), 1-2 Tbsps of Hot Sauce.
Let this cook on low in the crockpot for 6 - 8 hours on low. Top with Jalapenos if desired.
